What Grace handles

Classes and bookingsrolling out

Trials, confirmations, reminders, make-ups and class packages. Parents book by replying in WhatsApp — nobody installs an app.

Staff pay

Hours come from your class roster, so nobody fills in a timesheet. CPF, SDL and foreign worker levies computed to the cent, payslips sent. You make the transfer; Grace posts it to the books.

Money

Most businesses run on a spreadsheet, and there's nothing wrong with that. Grace works alongside it, the way a good assistant would — she doesn't ask you to move house.

Your Google Sheet stays yours. Grace reads it. When something changes there, she asks before touching anything.

She's handling your money and your filings. You should know exactly where the limits are.

Move your money. She prepares the payment and tells you the exact amount. You make the transfer.
Decide the things that need you. Judgment calls come to you as a plain-English recommendation you can accept in one tap — never a silent guess.
Delete anything. Corrections keep the old version. Everything can be undone, including by saying "undo that".
Hold your data. One tap and you have the lot in a spreadsheet. No lock-in, ever.
